Beautiful lodge, warm and inviting room, wood-burning stove, hot Guayusa tea for altitude sickness, superb farm-to-table meals, friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely nothing.

The views from the hotel were excellent and we enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings. The food was really good and we were pleased with the fresh ingredients used. the location of the hotel allowed us to explore the surrounding area with ease and we had a great time experiencing the local culture.

Our stay was not without issues, as the communication from the staff was poor. We arrived at the hotel and were left stranded for over an hour outside before being let in.

Guests are provided with herbal teas that are helpful for altitude sickness. the breakfast, lunch and dinner food are locally sourced and delicious. There's a common space that is beautifully designed and perfect for spending a quiet afternoon.

The hotel’s location is quite difficult to reach, especially in a regular taxi in the dark.

We loved the stunning views of mountains and valleys and the farm-to-table food at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the common areas were beautifully designed and cozy. We especially appreciated the hot Guayusa tea on arrival, which helped with altitude sickness.
